What you will be doing:
As a Workforce Policy Associate, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board’s mission by conducting thorough policy analysis, identifying key issues, and integrating best practices to drive forward the state’s workforce development objectives. Working under the direction of the Workforce Service Integration Manager, you will be responsible for tracking legislative changes, synthesizing complex information, and crafting impactful policy briefs and presentations. Your role will also involve engaging stakeholders, coordinating projects, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the success of workforce development programs and initiatives. By collaborating closely with a diverse network of partners and senior professionals, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans that aim to foster talent and prosperity for all within the state.
