Eligible Training Provider Data Reporting

The next eligible training provider data report is due October 31, 2008 at 5:00 P.M.

Report all students who were enrolled in or exited ETP List training programs from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 . Data report forms and instructions are available for downloading below.

  • If your training program is  new to the ETP List and are reporting the data for the first time, please report available data on students trained during the last 3 years from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2008.
  • Do not report on programs added to the ETP list after October 1, 2008 . These programs will be interim eligible through October 2009.
  • If you train employed students under contract with their employer or students funded solely by the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation or the Department of Labor and Industries, do not report these students.
  • If you have no students to report or are missing one or more of the required data elements (Training program title, Length of training program, Degree type awarded at completion of the training program, Student social security number, Start of training date, End of training date, Enrollment status at end of reporting period), please contact Karen Pyle at kpyle@wtb.wa.gov.
