Talent and Prosperity for All: Revised Draft Plan

Public comment period on the state's workforce plan Talent and Prosperity for All (TAP) closed March 12. Updates have been made to the plan. The plan was originally created in 2016.

The Workforce Board has been gathering public feedback on the revised plan before submitting it to federal agencies. The Workforce Board will review the revised plan at its March 14 meeting in Lacey.

The federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act sets a four-year life cycle for state plans, with an exception that the first WIOA state plan be reviewed and reapproved by the state at the two-year mark.
