Washington's Strategic Plan for Workforce Development

Federal and state law and Governor Locke's Executive Order on Workforce Development calls for a strategic plan to guide the state's workforce development efforts. State law requires biennial updates to be submitted to the Governor and Legislature for adoption as the state's workforce development policy.

Workforce Training Results 2004
An Evaluation of Washington's Workforce Training System
This study evaluates the outcomes of the state's largest workforce training programs and the ability of the programs to meet the needs of employers and potential program participants. The Workforce Board is required to conduct the evaluation every two years.
