The Workforce Board's online student data reporting
system allows schools to submit new data starting in September. (See box at right) This requires you to use an Excel template, submit an authorization form to the Workforce Board, and fill in additional fields in your student data report.
All private vocational schools and some Eligible Training Providers are required to submit a student data report each year to the state's Workforce Board.

Online Data System
You will need to use this online
portal to submit your student data to the Workforce Board. The portal opens in September and you have until Oct. 24 to submit your data.
The system takes advantage of encryption technology that allows for a more secure file transfer, helping keep your student records and personally identifiable information private and safe.
