Annual Student Data Report

A new student data reporting system is now online and ready for you to submit your data. (See box at right) This requires you to use a new Excel template, submit an authorization form to the Workforce Board, and fill in additional fields in your student data report.

All private vocational schools and some Eligible Training Providers are required to submit a student data report each year to the state's Workforce Board.

Reporting period and deadline
For the 2013 reporting period, schools must submit required data on students trained from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
This year's deadline is November 22, 2013.

Four steps to get you started
1. Excel template (required) You will need to download the new Excel template to load your data into the new system.

2. See data definitions and codes (PDF). You will also want to review data definitions and codes.

3. Return this required authorization form electronically or by mail. This is an extra security precaution and must be done before you begin submitting data.
