Agency Request Legislation 2008

The Workforce Board is proposing that the legislature adopt a handful of amendments that will make the use of the terms high demand, sector and cluster more consistent in state law. A work group of various state agencies agreed on consistent definitions for these terms after it was discovered that stakeholders were interpreting and using the terms differently.
