Our Performance
Setting goals and measuring progress towards results have been an integral part of the Workforce Board since its inception. It is, in fact, one of our core missions. As such, we make every attempt to ensure that our measuring tools are constant so that statistics accurately reflect what is happening in the workforce development system in our agency -- and our state.
Balanced Scorecard
This measures our agency performance using the Baldrige criteria.
GMAP
GMAP (Government Management Accountability and Performance) is a management practice which allows state agencies to analyze their programs so they can improve the delivery of government services. It shows the Governor - and the public - how government programs are working and whether citizens are receiving value for their tax dollars. For more information about GMAP, Click here.
