System Improvements

The Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board participates in Government Management Accountability and Performance (GMAP), s a management practice which allows state agencies to analyze their programs so they can improve the delivery of government services. It shows the Governor - and the public - how government programs are working and whether citizens are receiving value for their tax dollars.

Also, the Workforce Board submitted a Baldrige critera application for the Washington State Quality Award in late 2008.
