HB 2228 (passed Legislature) - House Bill 2228 was requested by the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board and sponsored by Representatives Smith, Wylie, Seaquist, Ormsby, Haler, Moscoso, Johnson, Ryu, and Pollet. It provides parity of consumer protection procedures for all students attending licensed private vocational schools. It was signed by the Governor on March 12, 2014.
